Privacy Policy

Account data (email, business name); workspace content (your waiver templates); and, on behalf of venues, signer data entered on waivers (name, email, phone, date of birth, signature, IP address, and timestamp). We also collect basic product usage for reliability and improvement.

To provide the service: generate and store signed PDFs, email copies, enable check-in lookup, enforce plan limits, and bill subscriptions.

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security so each workspace only accesses its own rows. Signed PDFs live in a private bucket served via short-lived signed URLs. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We use Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and product/error analytics. Each processes data only to provide their function.

Signed waivers are retained for your records and audit needs; you control deletion. Marketing leads from the free-template tool are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) you may request access, correction, or deletion. Waivers for minors are signed by a parent or guardian; handle minors' data with care and lawful basis.
