1. Software, not legal advice
JustWaiver is software that helps you collect electronic signatures on liability waivers. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for the wording of your waivers and for having them reviewed by a qualified attorney for your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace.
3. Your content and signer data
You own your waiver text and the signer records you collect. You grant us a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the service. You are the controller of your signers' personal data and are responsible for collecting it lawfully.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use JustWaiver for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, or to attempt to breach security or rate limits.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Usage above your plan's monthly waiver allowance may incur per-waiver overage. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustWaiver is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can export your data before cancellation.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product. Questions: support@justwaiver.com.
