Pricing & billing
- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes — Free covers 25 signed waivers a month with one template, no credit card required.
- What happens if I go over my monthly waivers?
- Paid plans keep working and bill a small per-waiver overage ($0.05 each) above your cap. The Free plan is capped — you'd upgrade to keep collecting.
- How much do annual plans save?
- Annual is billed at ten months for twelve — roughly two months free versus paying monthly.
- Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
- Yes. Manage everything in the Stripe billing portal; plan changes take effect immediately and cancellations keep access until the period ends.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Email support if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
